Yes i have a 23 year old male friend that lives in Turkey. His financial and living standards are very poor and he wants to come to the United States to study and possibly work.He has no family what so ever to help him in this situation. Is there any one in here that could give me some advice on how he could get with a student exchange program of some kind? I know very little about programs like that since i live in the USA already.... He is in argent help
