Should I visit Turkey at this period!??!

Hello my new friends,

I am rookie in turkish matters and turkish language, however, i am getting more and more fascinated, even though I am Greek...(Imagine). I was planning a trip to Istanbul but this political tension in Turkey really makes me wonder whether I should go or not..BUT I REALLY WANT TO GO...GERCEK...

Could someone please post me in the situation there and advise me ??

Turkey is one of most hospitable country of world and Turkish people one of most kind of earth to,so no need worries,thats would be one of best of ur life to vist our lovely countrytry to drink a Turkish coffe or tea at Sarayburnu and see this will give such a big joy on ur heart beats

All the political demonstrations have been non-violent. Turkey/istanbul is as safe now as ever.

As long as you don't refer to İstanbul as Constantinople, no problem. lol
