I don't think its "bad", it is a little hard to follow since it was typed with an English Keyboard. I think is supposed to be romantic.
My attempt, no promises:
"Your name is like a dried Rose my heart is saving. Through that love from you my life stretches out long without you. What sounds or what scents. Which sins cost I can't know that which (?Okluk means "quiver", I think as for arrows).. holds?".. Best effort.

Thank you very much, that's farther than i got. I was hoping it was something abstract and not something angry. You are very helpful!

I'm keeping your name in my heart like a dried rose. I'm living for this love far away from you, without you, you have neither a voice nor a scent. I don't know which sin's punishment is your absence.
