in my history class about a week ago, we were talking about how turkey and armenia are still no longer friends. i was jst wondering if that was true. b/c i have an armenian friend and a turkish friend and they r really close.
im just wondering if what my teacher said is true or not or if its only older people who feel this way.
thank you :]

You can't generalize how any two individuals feel about each from there ethnicity or country of origin. Or between young and old.

The history you speak of is important in the region, so you should study the accounts from all sides before drawing any conclusions.

longinotti1 is right. it is true that both countries have a history involving each other.

however, the relationships of individual members of each country or ethnicity can't be generalised.

it is true that some people may be still affected by history and may hold hatred towards certain peoples.

but there are others who are able to look beyond that and see each person as an individual.
