The text here is from a website. It's about the bus to Kemaliye (I think) but I like to know the complete text. Can anyone help me? Tesekkurler!

I couldnt totally understand this one:
Except for Malatya, it is possible to reach Kemaliye with the buses that go to Elaziğ and Erzincan. Because of the frequency of these busconnections, it is possible to travel more flexible.
Im not sure about the 'Except for Malatya' part. Someone else please look for me.

As for transportation from these provinces to Kemaliye, minibus service has been realised.

From al three provinces, from Erzincan, Elazığ and Malatya, there is a service on specific days to Kemaliye.
Besides that, for the ones who travel by train, journeys by dolmuş are being done from Bağıştaş to Kemaliye. For more detailed information and reservationsi you can call 'Minibus administration/entreprise'.
