Look at it as a list, summing up things like in an objective announcement. I'll try to give an example:
Bunlar benim kitaplarım, cd'lerim, ve onları artık sevmiyorum. O yüzden onları satıyorum.
"These are my books, my cd's, and I don't like them anymore. So I'm selling them"
"Ve" could change into "ama" or "fakat", but it doesn't have to. "Ama/fakat" would give a bit of a stronger meaning to the reason why you're selling them though.
