What does gercegimisin mean? Is it a slang word or something?  I can't find it in the dictionary.

It should be either:
gerçeğim misin (are you my reality?)= gerçek (reality)+ im (my)+ misin (are you)
or:
gerçeğimsin (you are my reality)= gerçek (reality)+ im (my) + sin (you are)
