"bütün filizler sarar her yanini'O saran benim sana olan askim'dir."
My try: "Lonelyness /etc etc/ at a loss leading to yourself
"sprouting tendrils completely wrapping the surroundings wrapping My wrapping to you that one that is my love"
(Seemingly this is a garden metaphor with a romantic finish at the end)

Here's my try:
"You know, when one stays alone feeling desperate and forgotten, "sprouts" become hope, and surround one's body. Now the sprouts that surround me are all my love to you."
The original text doesn't make much sense to me. The writer seeems to have tried to write a poetic piece, but paid no attention to its meaning.

I think I found the problem.
It should be:
Filiz olur yeşerir bütün umutlar, sarar her yanını.
Or rather:
Filizlenir, yeşerir bütün umutlar, sarar her yanını.
Not;
Umut olur yeşerir tüm filizler, sarar her yanını.
Instead of using a concrete object to illustrate an abstract symbol, He/She tried an abstract thing (Hope) to illustrate a concrete thing (Sprout).
So, hopes become sprouts, not sprouts become hopes.
