Araştırmamızda Hz. Peygamberin uyguladığı eğitim metotlarına değinilmiş, özellikle teşbih ve temsil ile anlatım metodu dikkatlice incelenip, “günümüzde din eğitiminde uygulanabilmesi için neler yapabiliriz?” sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Hz. Peygamber’in yaptığı benzetmeler ve örneklendirme biçimleri incelenmiş, belirlemiş olduğumuz konulara göre tasnif edilmiştir

. Din öğretimine malzeme olabilecek teşbihler, özellikle Hz. Peygamber’in kullandığı teşbih ve temsiller incelenerek, gerekli tasnifler yapıldıktan sonra din öğretiminin hizmetine sunulmalıdır. Böylece elde edilen verilerin nerede ve nasıl kullanılacağı ortaya konulmalı ve yanlış uygulamadan doğacak aksaklıklar önceden engellenmelidir. Bu araştırma Hz. Peygamber’in kullandığı teşbih ve temsillerin nasıl kullanılabileceğini ortaya koymak amacından yola çıkarak yukarıdaki sorulara cevap bulmaya çalışmaktadır.

Araştırmamızın amacı; öğretim metodlarından teşbih metodunun din eğitimi ve öğretiminde uygulanabilirliğini ve katkısını ortaya koymak maksadıyla Hz. Peygamberin teşbihli kullanımlarını inceleyip, bu kullanımı içeren hadisleri din eğitimi ve öğretimi faaliyeti içerisinde nasıl kullanabileceğimiz hakkında öneriler geliştirmektir.



Araştırmada bu genel amaç çerçevesinde aşağıdaki sorulara cevap bulmak amaç edinilmiştir.
- Genel öğretim metodları içerisinde teşbih metodunun yeri nedir?
- Hz. Peygamber din eğitimi ve öğretiminde ne gibi prensip ve metotodlara sahiptir?
- Hz. Muhammed (sav), ne gibi konularda teşbihli ve temsilli anlatımlarda bulunmuştur?
