I would love to go study in Turkey at a university there, and become an english teacher. But for this im guessing i would obviously need to know how to speak fluent turkish? is there any such courses where i can learn turkish at the same time to become a translater/teacher at universities there?

This is the link to an official Turkish Teaching Center. (TÖMER)

Assuming you are from an English Spoken country, you may not need to attend a Turkish course to become a English Teacher in Turkish private schools or English Institutes. But for universities, they will surely ask for a certificate of English Teacher from your own country. I mean Teaching English should be your major in your country.
If you know Turkish, it may be an extra point for you.

Heya,

Istanbul bogazici universitesi teachers the English course in English . I study English at the uni of Amsterdam, and we've had some students who went abroad to study there, without too much difficulties. (I expect it's a bit like here, in casual situations teachers probably talk in Turkish to their students, but in class everyone speaks English)

Good luck, and I'd love to hear your experiences! (You could write an essay )
