Dear sen-kim-sin,
How long have you worked for them ?
You told us that you only got half a month salary. Did you work for them 15 days or more? I mean if they have paid you for your working time.
Do you have a signed contract?
Ask the agency who found that people for you, if you didn't find them yourself, for any contact number or e-mail.
If you already have one, send them an e-mail. Ask if they will come back and other things you want to know.
Since they went there to do business, they should have enough money, I mean possibly rich people, so there is no reason for them not to pay you.
regards,

i have their email, but i think it is a good way to write email to them, but i don't have their kuwait number. maybe i should wait, maybe not, i don't know, what i should do now is collect some money from my nice friend , and then i can wait until they can back, it is a little risky.

so you never signed a work contract with them?
and they "promised" they would pay you for the work you have done, but they still haven't?
have you ever met these people face-to-face?
i'm sorry to say, if you haven't signed a work contract with them, that states when and how much they will pay you, you may never see the money that is owed to you.
this has more to do with business etiquette than where the people are from.

This is a universal and off-topic issue, nationalities don't have anything to do with it.
