artichoke with olive oil

4 pre cleaned artichokes
200 gr. green peas
1 carrot
1 patatoes( or canned ones)
1 onion
two lemons
150 ml. olive oil
salt
dill



dice chop carrot, patatoes. Boil them with peas. Or just buy one canned "garnitür" easily fry dice chopped onion on a deep pan. put artichokes on them. Share garnitür on artichokes. Add lemon juice and water til it covers the artichokes. Cook it for 30 min. Decorate with dill. Serve cold.
Tips: Always keep artichokes on water with lemon. İf not, they wont be white anymore
Dont worry if garnitür spills out on artichokes. Just take a spoon, put them back after cooking
