1. In my books the examples of passive verbs are always third person. Is this the only allowable usage or can passive verbs have first or second person suffixes?

for example: is "bakalım" a passive verb?

I hear it a lot in movies.

Bakalım isn't a passive verb. It's the optative for 1 st person plural, and it means Let's see.
