These words stand for 'if'

I am very confused because I don't know when to use each of them. Can someone please help me with this?

Thank You.

Well, here is my humble opinion.

In Turkish, "ise" and "eğer" are different words. And "Ise" or suffix "-se, -sa," are from turkic root but "eğer" is from persian language.

the word "if" is "ise" in Turkish exactly. The word "eğer" shows the importance of the condition. So "eğer" is a emphasizial word. And eğer and ise are always used together. "eğer" emphasizes "ise")

For example,

oraya gidersen senin için hic iyi olmaz.

Eğer oraya gidersen senin için hiç iyi olmaz. (implies a threat by emphasizing the condition.)
