Which one is better? I honestly don't know, because I think both aren't worth much... intelect without heart or heart without reason... which one to choose?
Of course you are right, in the actual discussions all over the world there are missing tolerance and love, there is missing the heart. And maybe you are meaning to say also that intelect is valued too much in comparison, and I agree on this too.
But if it was the other way round. Do you really believe it would be better?

I work in a hospital and the people who I see who are the above description are just beautiful, innocent people.

may be was an unmeaningull question or unmeaningfull comparison,and sure noone never can deny power of knowladge and science,but pity most of social scientists making so different comments on the same topic,so that gives big trouble to people by confusing their minds,and i think most of em forget their social responsibilities while showing their deep knowlade to people...
