Just one question as choosing gifts is always killing me>i mean gifts for elderly men.Any idea what thing would be suitable for my friend's father? He is about 70 and as i got invitation to spend some days with my friend's family I can't imagine going there without gifts for all.
Thank you for any prompts

goodness I find that a difficult answer without knowing something about him, his likes or dislikes...you might ask.

but maybe some cool sunglasses, a book that might interest him, a nice sweatshirt or jacket that's very soft material, some nice cigars if he's a smoker hehe,
or a cologne or aftershave. ??

Find out if he has a sweet tooth. If he does, posh chocolates or other types of confectionery. My dad loves anything sweet!

Thank you for all the tips.I love the idea of mercedes..I'd love to have one on my own lol .I do not know anything about this man's preferences and that is why it makes shopping for a gift so difficult.
Anyway, thanx again for prompts.Sweets sound good...
