Why you put (Mr Rose = gülüm)
the other thing is .... yeni is adjective in that sentence or adverb
Yeni eve geldim .....could be
went or changed to a new house
or as you said (I have just arrived)

As it's written "yeni eve geldim" it means- "I've come to the new house" but I think it's meant to be "eve yeni geldim"- I've just arrived home.
