Is there a directory for turkish mobile numbers avaliable anywhere on the net (like the white papers)?

No...I don't think there's one for ANY country, just because there are MILLIONS of mobile phone numbers and people are changing them every day!

Yeah it's true some people change their numbers all the time, but we do have such a directory here in Denmark

I think every country has one, but the big difference with the White Pages is that people have to register. They are not registered automatically. So when someone doesn't explicitally want it, s/he will not be in there.
That's how it is overhere anyway.
