1.how is your mother? anneniz nasil?
2.how is your father? babaniz nasil?
3.how is your family? aileniz nasil?

what u have found in ur book there is the formal version of what u are trying to say.. to make it informal just remove the "iz" from each word

1.he lives in ...yasiyorsun
2.i like turkey...turkiye seviyorum
3.how do you say(english words)in turkish?

1. ****'(-de) oturuyor/ yaşıyor
2. türkiye'yi seviyorum
3. english words= ingilizce kelimeler

1.happy new year

1.mutlu yıllar

1.i am happy to be here
2.i am happy to be here in turkey/ n. cyprus
1. burda olduğum için sevinçliyim
2.burda, türkiye'de/ kuzey kıbrıs'ta olduğum için sevinçliyim

misunderstanding about one phrase - how do you say in turkish?

how do u say it in turkish... hımm.. "türkçesini nasıl söyleyebilirim?" that means "how can i say it in turkish?"

this is my granddaughter - bu benim torunum

bu kız torunum

what is the difference between
gitmek isteyorum
ben... gormek istiyorum
gidimorum

gitmek istiyorum= i want to go
ben *** görmek istiyorum= i want to see (whatever it is ur talking about!)
gidimorum?? thats not a word.. maybe u mean: gitmiyorum= im not going

how would i say i/we am/are going to nicosia tomorrow
im going to niscosia tomorrow= (ben) yarın niscosia'ya gidiyorum
we are going to niscosia tomorrow= (biz) yarın niscosia'ya gidiyoruz

i would like to turkey one day
bir gün türkiye'ye gitmeyi severim

do you speak english? ingilizce biliyor musunuz? is that correct

yeah that means "do u know english" lit. although that would be used... it is also the formal/plural way again.. to informai-ize it remove the "uz"

how do you say - how is your english?

ingilizcen nasıl?

ingilizce ogreniyoruz? - does that mean are you learning english?

it means "we are learning english"

how do you say ... i teach english

(ben) ingilizce öğretirim

ingilizce öğreniyor musun/uz?

the "uz" like i said before makes it plural or formal
