That's nice Mltm but your "Umarım herşey yoluna girmiştir" also have a literal meaning of:
I hope everthing going its way |

yes, but I cannot find something good to express "turn out allright" other than "yoluna girmek". I think it gives the meaning.
And it's not "gitmek" it's "girmek" so, it's not literally "going"

Yes you are right in the sense of giving smooth translation that native speakers get it at once. I am doing my best to be in that zone and avoid word for word translation.

gir + miş + tir
verb stem + story past tense + ???
I do not know how we explain the "dır, dir, tır, tir" suffix here either. :-S

Yes, I know You're doing good. We do not have a lot of such foreign members that successful, but the difficult side of a foreign language is this, beside the theorical books and dictionaries, we need to listen and read a lot to know the usages.
