i wanted to say "i had infection in my foot"


also:

how do i say "i have been in hospital for the past week while you have been on holiday" ?

Ayağımda iltihap vardı


I have been in hospital for the past week while you have been on holiday
Geçen hafta sen tatildeyken ben hastanede yattım (or: hastanedeydim)
