Shouldn't "bay celen" be written "celen bey"?
But to torresm607, I think you would be better off sending just the sentences: first, second and last sentence. the "What do think, I think so mr celen" unless someone knows exactly what you mean you can make a misundertanding, even in English. My humble opinion, sorry to meddle.

"bay" also means "mr".
i think if you use "bay" it goes before the person's name.
if you use "bey" it goes after the person's name.

Strictly speaking,
"Bay" preceeds only surnames - not names.
