Are all gays in Turkey from Greece?
The background of this question is actually funnier than the question itself, however, let's answer the question first and shortly have a look at the story behind it.
The answer is of course No. Like all countries, Turkey has pure-breed Turkish gays.
And the story. One day, the questioner and a Turk were walking in Kordon (downtown Izmir). The questioner spots a few gays and wants to know if there are a lot of gays in Turkey. His Turkish colleague proudly answers him. 'There are no gays in Turkey. They all come from Greece'.
