I thought at least in the first few words it reads.....
to me look like beautiful pictures......the rest I take it as though he is saying you could maybe be arrested as if to say.
TO me I would say he liked them and was joking with you....
That is my take.........who will challenge this as my turkish is not great?
Smile

Quoting Peace: Is that the full translation? Seems like a very strange statement.:-S Could this be used as a joke in Turkish?
Anyway, thanks mltm for your try. |
It's not literal, maybe I changed it a bit.
milletin aklını çelmek : to dissuade people
but here it's used in the sense of turning someone from one's right way, make him unable to use his mind/common sense because of the feelings/impressions you left on him.
Here, because you're such beautiful/sexy on your photos, you make men think things and feel feelings (usually in a sexual way) normally they didn't intend to and they shouldn't but they cannot resist it.
It's not very strange, and choking. It's used in an humoristic way and as a joke. In fact, he just tries to say that you look beautiful on those pictures.
