It depends on what type of contract you have with them. The best thing is to contact Orange and ask.

Orange are usually really helpful - also I have a tip for you. If you tell them the cost is too expensive and threaten to leave them for another company, they will usually offer you a deal .
I got my international texts reduced to 10p each
(sorry - amended, its 10p!!!)

Orange is a telecommunication company like Turkcell Avea and Vodafone while you text or call you pay according to their price lists.

Hi, is that deal rate of 10p while on a regular tariff or did you make a deal for a special tariff?

Orange have many options for tariffs depending on how you use your phone. However, because I said I was leaving, they put me through to someone who is authorised to give discounts . I got a free new phone, half the amount to pay for my monthly package for UK calls and cheap international sms.
However...I have been with them for many years. Its always worth bargaining with these companies though.
