I asked for a translation, and now I am trying to figure out, why what has been used. I am a little bit confused.

Sometimes I don't know if I have to say something about it or just say nothing. When I do something you don't like would you tell me?

bazen ben bilmiyorum eger onun hakkinda birseyler soyleyebilirim veya hicbirsey soylemeyebilirim.ben ne zaman birseyler yapsam sen hoslanmiyorsun bana anlatabilirmisin?

When I look at these translation, I see that the auxiliary verb "can" has been used. Now is my question why?

Because when I look at the last sentence. "Can you tell me", means something totally different to me then "would you tell me", don't you agree?

"Bazen onun hakkında birşey mi söylemem gerekir yoksa hiçbirşey söylememem mi gerekir bilmiyorum. Senin hoşlanmadığın (sevmediğin) birşey yaptığımda bana söyler misin?"

In fact, this one would be a more correct translation. I think by mistake it has been translated as if it was "can".

Would you tell me: Söyler miydin? (anlatır mıydın)
Can you tell me: Söyleyebilir misin? (anlatabilir misin?)
