Working in abroad....

Hi,I will graduate from university next year and I want to know that if I wanna work in abroad what must I do?Firstly I must know English perfectly..Other?Need I get equality of my diploma for every country?if the answer yes how long does it take(2 year,3 year..)?

Your english does not need to be perfect and with out a doubt you do not need to get and equality for all your qualifications.

If you can have a conversation the first thing you must do is get a job, it is their resposibility to sort out the work permit and visa for you, but you have to find a company who are willing to employ someone from overseas which can be difficult.

be persistant don't give up and you will find something.

A friend of me who is living in NY say me that if I will work in the USA,a company must sponsor of me..I think this is similar of your knowlege..I mean sponsor event,it needs all countries or only for USA?
