I am looking to find a provider in Holland which will let me text the cheapest to Turkey. Does anybody have experience with this? I use telfort and pay 16ct for a text abroad, but I would prefer to have a 1-year contract. Problem is, I dont know which one to pick as I dont want to pay more than 20-25 euros a month..

Ive been looking on several sites (the known GSM-abonnement ones), but they only list their prices for national calling and texting. When you get 100 free sms a month, does this include texts abroad?

I have my eye on either Samsung E870 or Sony Ericsson S500i, but I wont sign a contract just for a phone if I will pay loads to text Kadir.

Calling will just go through a landline, but texting will be on my mobilephone.

Can somebody exchange some experience?

And does anybody use Lebara? Is it any good? Text messages abroad cost 12ct there. But I have the feeling that a 'normal' contract could be even cheaper?

What about Sprint International? I know on my plan it's unlimted texting for $3.00 a month. I'm not sure if you have this carrier or not. But most phone plans offer an unlimited amount for a set dollar per month.
