Well, Marionin!
what do you think about a situation when someone choosing a liar to marry with? If she or he stepping forward to realize that marriage then he or she enjoying that and thought it is according to her/his own standards. But this is the dark side of the issue.
The other side is we have to be careful while choosing and look for the best.

Just for the record, there may be cases where it is an advantage to have oxes of different sizes on the same yoke.

In an old type fleur mill, where two oxes have to turn a wheel, moving in a constant circular pattern .. a bigger and stronger ox on the outside is preferred.

Hi

Yes, maybe that is why I couldn't think of the same saying in English!

We have the very opposite saying: "Opposites attract"

It is very often the differences that make it a good partnership. This is not just true for marriage. In business often you need a balance between the outgoing sales-person type and the quiet accountant type to get success!
