I'm good with bad Turkish but even this has got me stumped
I think it's something like this;
It's not a good building,I reckon it's a place of pilgrimige,from now I say to you welcome,I'm the first to say this'. help?

yes i did sort of get that and a little of the other , but by dictionary on what i dont know it doesnt make sense
well while i am waiting i will keep trying to work it out

i dont think its that bad turkish , i guess its just how its typed and recieved from one pc to annother , u saying you need help , i think really need help lol, and to think i havent been doing too bad today

Hey it is not bad Turkish at all, apart from the typo "dityim". This message was written that way cos it is written like spoken Turkish. We all speak like that in our daily lives 
My translation: That's nice, i guess it is not a permanent stay but just a visit. Let me welcome u in advance. I shall be the 1st one to welcome u.
