Turkiyede çalisan isçilerin yipranma payi denilen para ödenir ingilterde olmuyor demek'demek isteydim sey senin için ve gelecek için devlet bunu karsilamasi gerekir. Benim sormak istediyim buydu'turkiyede böyle. Ve bana karamsar soru soruyorsun ve bunu anlayamiyorum....

The workers in Turkey,have a designated pay and are worn out regardless of the position they hold,they still recieve very little wages.It's not like this in the UK I wanted to mean.Your Government needs to think about you and your future,this I wanted to ask.This is how it is in Turkey,and you are asking me a complicated question,i can't understand this....
But i'm not sure about this translation maybe a more experienced translator could check it for me?thanks in advance.

Good attempt, mylo. I just made a few changes:
"yipranma payı" is an extra part of salary for those working in jobs that will wear them out, and "karamsar" means negative or pessimistic.
The workers in Turkey receive a designated extra pay called "wear and tear". It's not like this in the UK I wanted to mean.Your Government needs compensate you for you and your future,this I wanted to ask.This is how it is in Turkey,and you are asking me a very pessimistic question,i can't understand this....

Yeah thanks marion,it's terminology i've seldom come across,not living over there. ,and I got 'karamsar'(pessimistic)confused with 'karmasik'(complicated)
