the verb "öğrenmek" uses the accusative case on the object preceeding it. therefore, "sevmek" should be "sevmeyi".
"herkes" means "everbody/everyone" but although it is a collective word, it actually takes the 3rd person singular.

Caliptrix wrote a long explanation on this subject a few monthes ago. I will try to find the link. I recollect that (sev)mek is used when the doer is unimportant, whereas if the doer of the action is important then you have to personal suffixes. I won't give examples since I might say something misleading.
