I would never tell somebody that depression is "made up". I think this just shows that exercise releases the "happy chemicals" that can be lacking, and also just talking through things with someone can help  |
i however think that some people indeed make it up.

huh! kinda bored! in a 1000 people town that none of them really knows english... in Austria... but its green!
