yine and tekrar means again and can be used interchangeably---> yine geldiler/tekrar geldiler--> they came again.

ile means with/by--> makas ile kestim--> I cut with scissors (ile beraber cannot be used)
Otobüs ile gittim--> I went by bus. (ile beraber cannot be used)
Arkadaşlar ile gidiyorum--> I am going with friends (in this case ile beraber can also be used)

beraber means together and can be used as an adverb--> Beraber gidelim--> Let's go together.

ile beraber means with/together with--> Onunla (onun ile) beraber gidelim--> let's go together with him.
