Diet/Zero Coke or the Real Coke?

Tell me I am not a healthy eater.
I prefer the original Coke and other real sodas instead of those diet coke, zero coke, diet pepsi, etc.
I drink milk in its original flavor with full creamy taste or some say full fat milk.
I put in real sugar cubes in tea or sometimes in coffee(again with real creamer ) intead of the sweetener.
I like eating delicious chips, usually not the low fat, low salt or low everything stuff.
What's your habit of eating or drinking? Like to join me marching off to diabetes, heart attack...

yea sis, original coke drinks are far better than diet/zero coke or whatever. Because the artificial sweetener being put in diet drinks are so harmful to kidney. These chemicals when taken were stuck in file in the kidney that even water cannot wash them out of the body.
i follow some healthy eating habits. Like i do water therapy, upon waking up, i drink 4 glasses of water (not cold) and every one hour before meal, i eat fruits and vegetables before meal and i take oatmeals with nesvita as my breakfast and water in dinner. I did this for 2 months and i lost 10 kilos but does not feel weak.
sis, sisterly advice, please take care of yourself!!!

All fizzy drinks are disgusting. If they are not loaded with sugar they are stuffed with chemicals. The only fizzy drink I have is champagne

Thanks pizza sis!
Actually, I tell you what...I seldom drink sodas, the last time I drank maybe more than a week ago. I eat cereal with a small glass of full cream milk 4,5 times a week as breakfast. I don't eat junk food as a habit, so the last time I ate chips would be two weeks ago in my friend's house party. So I think it would be okay as far as people are not eating that much of sodas, too fat milk or chips.

In Turkey I always drink real coke and cok dondurma (Magnum is THE best). Because I am on vacation. I do not eat ice cream regularly in the U.S. and I drink coke zero, which as long as it is cold is really great! Fizzy drinks are not good for you probably but the caffeine keeps me awake at work (which is good). The 7-up substitute in Turkey (I forgot the name) is the worst soda I have ever had. I do love biscreme cookies in Turkey...cok guzel.

I think the eating habit reflect the extent of cultural influence from other countries that export the food or drinks and also that promote alternative eating or drinking. Isn't it?

Instead of blaming the west for your poor eating habits, why not do what everyone else does and exert some self-control?

When I talk about cultural influence, I don't mean anything negative. Each of us is not a lonely island. We need to connect with people and welcome different culture, respect and learn. I think you misunderstood by jumping too fast into your judgement, AENigma. I would appretiate that you read my first post here and also stick to the topic. Thanks.

I both read your first post and stuck to the topic Ninja. It is YOU who is talking of cultural influence from "other countries" and I know EXACTLY what you meant and was not at all hasty in my response
