I am not a native speaker. If you need perfect Turkish wait for another translator. If you are in a hurry. I think this will be understood.

"Seninle bunun dakikkayı umarım. Senı çok özlıyorum ama ama on bır günler bekleşdırılıyoruz(corrected the suffıxes). Bu günler hızlı gecmek umarım."

seninle hemen olduğumu diliyorum, seni çok özlüyorum ama 11 gündür beklemeliyiz. umarım ki bunlar günü çok çabuk geçirecekler.

I thınk "?" should be Ş. "şu an" and "şu dakıkada".

Keşke bu an yanında olabilsem! Seni çok özlüyorum, fakat 11 gün daha beklemeliyiz. İnşallah bu günler çok hızlı geçir.

A few notes to help the others:

1. KEEP ON TRYING: It is the only way to improve!

2. dakkika means minute, but the English was not meaning just 60 seconds, but more like this moment, this time, so "an" is a beter word in Turkish

3. In English when we put a number we make the noun plural. e.g. 11 dayS. But in Turkish, you don't add -ler or -lar to the noun. It is not onbir günler but onbir gün.

4. To have to / to be under obligation to/ must: use the -meli- suffix.
