When telling the time in Türkçe do you include the verb to be? If so, how?

"six o'clock" on its own in English is not meaningful. It needs to be "it is 6 o'clock". But in Türkçe would you just say "saat altı"?

Yes, but that's the easy part . Check this for the rest, if you want http://www.turkishclass.com/basic_date_and_time.htm I think it's very well explained.
Once you get it, it's easy.

Teşekkürler!

I have read that page many times - I learn the Turkish numbers by regularly looking at the clock and wandering round the house repeatedly telling the dogs the time lol
They thought I was mad and they probably were right
