I wonder really where I should use gelsin, gitsin, olsun and so on- Like: Unut gitsin = Forget that.
And also
bile - göre and so on. What does it really means and when should I use them?

Gitsin is subjunctive tense.
The best translation is "let it / he / she go" (3rd person singular) "olsun" = let it be
"Gelsin" = let him/her/it come
Bile = means even with possitive verbs
E.g : " Nefis yemek bile vardi" = There was even delicious food.
and means " not even" with negative verbs
E.G : Nefis yemek bile yoktu
There was not even delicious food.
Gore goes with "a/e" suffix and means
According to
E.g : Bana gore (according to me)
"Saate gore, Ne zaman gelebilirsin?" = According to your time, when can you come?
I am sure a native speaker can help you too,
kendine iyi bak!
Dilara.
