What are the different colors and the according implications if there are any?

Any myths or legends about the evil eyes that you can share?

I heard from a radio talk show that the evil eyes bring good luck but they are also jealous. The story told is about a man brought an evil eye from Turkey and was blessed to have a baby boy. After the baby was delivered, the man loved and paid all attention to the baby. Then the evil eye got jealous, it became bigger in size and turned the color from blue to yellow. Sound weird, right?
