can someone tell me...what does this mean??

"aşkım dizin iÃ§in Ã§ok Ã¼zÃ¼ldÃ¼m. aşkım bende gelmeni isterim ama askelik bizim iÃ§in bÃ¼yÃ¼k problem .askerliğim sÃ¼resince seni kesinlikle unutmayacağım.her fırsatta sana yazacağım askerlik zamanında sadece seni dÃ¼şÃ¼neceğim.seni asla unutmayacağım.senden herzaman haber bekleyeceyeğim.hediyelerini bayramdan sonra gÃ¶ndereceğim."
