if we say ne dersin it means what do u think ok i understand this but if i want to say what i think should i write ne derim? or what?

ne dersin?=what do you say/think ne diyeyim=what can i say? but its used generally as in 'what do you say?'
If you want to say 'what can i say? you would say ben ne diyebilirim/soyleyebilirim?.what am i saying/thinking?
