Hi Oeince - it's a difficult one because although Kerry is more commonly a girl's name, it is also a boy's name too (it is my sister's name actually )

It would not be correct to write "Dear Kerry Findlater".

I would write just "Dear Kerry"
It is a little bit informal, but quite acceptable these days.

Hope it helps

I would start the letter:

Dear Kerry Findlater,

Indicating Mr/Ms/Mrs/Miss should only be done if you are SURE of the gender of the addressee.

Well in my opinion, it would seem a bit rude if you already have the name. I would stick with "Dear Kerry" if the letter is going to UK, or take Elisabeth's advice if it's going to USA lol!

Hey, if it is going to the US, you can just say:

Dear_______________, and leave it blank. EKKKK....I hate form letters!! In any case I do agree with Aenigma, if you know their name it would be rude not to use it.
