Ramadan Menu..

Ramadan started and I hope everbody's Ramadan month will pass good ..I wonder today's dinner

Nuggets


well not like kofte but nuggets were ok hehe

10 advices for Ramadan meals
1-We must begin iftar meal with date(hurma) that Sugars in the date helped to to offset lost Sugar during the period of fasting and water
2-eat warm soups and proteins of grilled meat or poaching
3-Stay away from fatty foods and spices as they strain the digestive system and cause Swells
4-Must not be eroded to the extent of saturation that restricts mental activity
5-Do not eat too much of the candy because it represents a burden on the body,and cause increased weight
6- drink one cup of fresh juice and fresh fruit
7-Advised not to drink stimulants such as tea and coffee as they strain stomach
8-Try to stay away from soda or Mineral water
9-The owners of hard work must be redoubled proteins and carbohydrates food
10- the meal of sehur (breakfast)include food medium-speed digestion such as cheese and eggs and some pasta that can withstand stomach from 9-7 hours, which work on fasting period and not to feeling hunger and give the body energy
