I will wait for you - seni ben bekledim
when you get up and go - sen edinirsin ve gitmek ne zamam
I wanna hear your laugh - işitmek istiyorum siz gülersiniz
and I wish to be proud with you - ve mağrur seni ben isterim
and I wish to pray with you - ve dua seni ben isterim
when you recognize victory in your self - zafar ne zamam sen tanırsın
and when you get well .. - ve ne zamam sen iyileşirsin

Just remember this :
Future tense suffix : ecek / acak , after vowel : -yacak / yecek
So I will wait : Bekleyecegim
you will wait : bekleyeceksin etc.

"When" = if we are making a question , it is : ne zaman
eg Ne zaman gelebilirsin? = when can you come?
But if we are talking about : "I cried WHEN you left"
It is as follows :
" Gittigin zaman agladim"
"Gittiginde agladim"
"sen gidince agladim"
"giderken Agladim"
(Try to learn these suffixes : -diginde / -ince / iken )

Good luck!

Some corrections:

when you get up and go: uyanıp gittiğinde
yataktan kalkmak could be ok but its meaning is "to get up from the bed"
I think -ip is better here because they are related and chained actions.

I want to hear your laugh: gülmeni duymak istiyorum
but this is better: güldüğünü duymak istiyorum

I wish to be proud of you: (Dilara's translation is ok but some unsuitable.) Seninle iftihar etmeyi diliyorum.
In fact, "istiyorum"="I want" is beter here for Turkish maybe.

and I wish to pray with you:
seninle dua etmek istiyorum
or
seninle dua etmeyi diliyorum
