I was trying to translate:

"when you can write me" and "when can you write me"

But I can't figure how to translate these two different lines in Turkish. Maybe can someone explain how to show the difference between those two lines in Turkish.

"Bana yazabileceğin zaman" ve "Bana ne zaman bana yazabilirsin"
