Do you speak sufficient Turkish?

If not, those books may not be easy to follow, as they are intended for native Turkish speakers to learn English.

Here is a site that you may find interesting.

http://www.turkishlanguage.co.uk/index.htm

The webmaster is a foreigner, who has learned Turkish well enough to explain a lot of the confusing aspects of the Turkish language from a foreigner's perspective.

I am afraid I am unable to suggest any good books, as it all depends on the level of your proficiency in Turkish. If Turkish is not your mother tongue, then it may be a better idea to look for Turkish grammar books written by foreigners to teach other foreigners how to speak Turkish, rather than looking for books written by Turks that are intended to teach Turks how to speak English. The books in the link you provided will most likely focus on aspects of the English language that Turks may find confusing, and that may not help you much. A book that is written by foreigners will surely focus on the aspects of the Turkish language that foreigners may find confusing.
