Just a few words

Selamlar. I have a couple of lines I would like translated if someone can help. (It is my first visit back to this site in a while) Tesekkurler.

"Bu kez anladim. Kuru dallarden yapma kopruden geciyorum."

This time I understood. the second part might be a turkish saying I would guess similar too "I've been down this road before" it sounds negative to me, but I'm a beginner. "I'm passing over a dead bridge..." ????

This is my try soor my English not that good but I hope it helps.

I understand this time I cross the bridge which made deadwoods.

That doesn't mean anything in English...the bridge made of deadwood...sounds bad though...can someone explain the meaning of that?

Those are the first lines of a song (Emre Aydın- Bu Kez Anladım)
I think that it means to be in an uncertain situation, where a person feels unsafe or can't trust

That could be the case in this situation, insecure maybe rather than unsafe. tesekkur ederim.

My turkish certainly isnt up to par at this point but I want to write a little note to an old friend and in Turkish would make it great. Thanks for your help!
