Actually the verb is kavuşturmak. So the past ending is -duk.

It is useful to know it as a nice wish. If someone is expressing longing for their boyfriend/family member who lives a long way away you can say:

Allah kavuştursun = may God reunite you one day/ may God make you meet again soon
