Those are explained here in the learn Turkish section. Check Qdemir's lessons for example.

Briefly, the suffixes for the furure tense (Positive) are :
-Acak / - ecek , of course it follows "Vowel Harmony" rules and the conjugation is like that :
Verb " Konusmak" to talk

Konusacagim I will talk
Konusacaksin you will talk
Konusacak He will talk
Konusacagiz We will talk
Konusacaksiniz You will talk (Plural and singular polite)
Konusacaklar They will talk

Interrogative form :
Konusacak miyim?
Konusacak misin?
Konusacak mi?
Konusacak miyiz?
Konusacak misiniz?
Konusacaklar mi?

Negative tense , "not to talk" in turkish is "Konusmamak"
so the conjugation is : (with buffer letter -Y- to keep the 2 vowels apart )
Konusmayacagim
Konusmayacaksin
Konusmayacak
Konusmayacagiz
Konusmayacaksiniz
Konusmayacaklar

Interrogative Negative
Konusmayacak miyim?
Konusmayacak misin?
Konusmayacak mi?
Konusmayacak miyiz?
Konusmayacak misiniz?
Konusmayacaklar mi?

Take a look at the turkish lessons as well.
I hope this helps although I am not a native speaker.
