K'nin beni sattigini/satisa getirdigini biliyormusun? Uc hafta oncesine kadar bilmiyordum, Turkiye'den duydum.
Once parayi almadigini soyleyerek yalan soyledi. Bundan sonra ona nasil guvenebilirim? (bana) onun xxx euro nakit aldigi soylendi. O parayi aldimi veya geri kalani gercekten kasim ayinda mi gelecek?
my comments: do not send money ladies unless you know the person very well..

you can use bana there or not..it will create the same meaning.
"soylendi" is =it was said
what I thought was 'somebody, from turkey, told you he recieved xxx amount of euros in cash' you dont want to give your sources name.
My translation creates the same meaning.
